I just dont know how to set this up

i want to acces serten things but i always need to put .exe at the end with wox and how do i fix this and those folders under it i want those filterd bcs i dont want those when i search for discord for exemple : see image

To exclude C:\ProgramData from Everything:

• In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the Exclude tab on the left.
• Click Add folder....
• Select C:\ProgramData and click OK.
• Click OK.
