"Not Responding" after start

I wish to report a problem as following.
After I start the application, it will update the database and show me the number of results that it could found. however, when I want to search or move the window, it will freeze and show "Not Responding".
I checked this forum and install the 1.5a version, it shows the same problem.
I tried to use the debug mode, however, I don't know how to unload the problem. Please let me know how to upload the error message. Thanks!

Sorry to hear Everything is not responding.

If the debug console window is open, please try the following:

• Right click the top of the debug console window in the Window caption.
• Under the Edit menu, click Select all.
  
• Right click the selected text in the console.
• This will copy the text to the clipboard.
• Please paste this text in your reply or send the text to: support@voidtools.com

Taking a screenshot with Alt + Printscreen and pasting this in an email to support@voidtools.com is another option.



In the meantime, please try disabling icon shell extensions:

• In Everything, type in the following search and press ENTER:
  /icon_shell_extensions=0
• If successful, you should see icon_shell_extensions=0 in the status bar for a few seconds.
