1311: Rename -> <titlecase:x> error

Rename -> <titlecase:x>
- has errors
a physical '>' is being inserted into the output

additionally, in some situations it simply is not working at all?
- perhaps it is simply anything after the first <sp> in the name is ignored?

(first word is OK, even if it has something like word1_word2_word3
& not just titlecase, but uppercase, ...)


(This is a regression from 1310 [I'm pretty sure].)

Everything 1.5.0.1312a fixes an issue with the preprocessor and parsing spaces with the new syntax in 1311a.
