something about open a .lnk

please excuse my poor English..

If there is a .lnk that open a exe with minimized window(a .lnk can be set to opened with minimized window)

for examle notepad.lnk to open notepad.exe with minimized window

if i open it in 1.4 version,notepad will open minimized .

but if open in 1.5 ,it will be opend maximized.

Everything 1.5.0.1311a removes the shell_execute_show ini setting and adds a new shell_execute_show2 ini setting.

shell_execute_show2 is set to 1 by default. (show normal)

This should fix the issue with notepad opening maximized.
