Once installed, it displays scanning (my NTFS C: drive), completes in 5 seconds with 0 objects found. No error message(s) are displayed or "error log file" is found in "Everything" directory.
It's been installed multiple times, having the same consistent behavior.
I've had success installing other programs before, for example, Powershell as well as HTML authoring tools.
Additional Info: XP, SP3, Corporate Computer, Service Guard, don't have "direct" Administrator privileges.
Problem: 0 objects found after initial scan.

What does Service Guard do?
Everything requires Admin privileges, so what does it mean to not have "direct" Admin privileges?

Re: Problem: 0 objects found after initial scan.
My mistake: Guardian Edge instead of Service Guard - Disk encryption program
"indirect" Administator privledges - I may not log in locally as administrator, however, my domain and ID do have administrator privledges.

Re: Problem: 0 objects found after initial scan.
It is most likely that, under Tools/Options/Indexes/NTFS, you don't have any drives selected for indexing.
Re: Problem: 0 objects found after initial scan.
Could you please send some debug output after performing a rebuild?
- In Everything, press Ctrl + ` to show the debug console.
- In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
- Click the Indexes tab.
- Click Force Rebuild.
- What is displayed in the debug console after Everything has completed the rebuild?
