WLX Lister plugin support for Preview Pane

My suggestion is the addition of WLX Lister plugin support for the Preview Pane. My file manager Xplorer2 supports these plugins even though they are made for Total Commander, so it seems this capability can be added to other programs. I was able to use the Preview Handler Association Editor to associate EML files with a preview handler as follows:
Preview Handler information:
GUID : {92dbad9f-5025-49b0-9078-2d78f935e341}
Description : CLSID_PreviewMime
Module name : C:\Windows\System32\inetcomm.dll
Localserver :
Note: Preview Handler is registered on the file extension (.eml)

The Preview provides a bare minimum of info, and doesn't display to / from / date sent etc. I just tried out the EMLView WLX plugin (https://totalcmd.net/plugring/eml_view.html) and it gives a lot more info, and there are more many WLX plugins available. I couldn't find any other shell extension Preview Handler for EML files.

That's the EML Previewer I'm using right now. It's not very good as it shows only the body of the email - no headers, no info on from, to, date sent, or attachments. The Lister plugin shows these. (Sorry for the big screenshots, I couldn't figure out how to make them smaller.)

Windows native eml previewer is good.
It shows all infos for me.
Its also used in Everything if assigned to .eml in Windows.

An alternative: QuickLook:
Select a file in Everything, press teh spacebar and that file will be shown in a viewer. Supports many formats.


Make sure you install a recent version of Quicklook, as there were issues with the integration in Everything (search this forum for "quicklook" to find out more)
