Not sure if this has been posted but I have an issue with Everything in that if I open an Office 365 file from Everything, which is located in my OneDrive (365) folder and syncing to the cloud correctly. The autosave function associated with OneDrive does not work. If I open the same document using the open path option then the Office 365 documents Autosave/Share function works.
Any ideas why this is an issue as I cannot use Everything to open Office 365 documents from within Everything. This means Everything can only be used as a search tool and not a sub for File Explorer.

Please make sure Everything is running as a standard user:
- In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
- Click the General tab on the left.
- Check Store settings and data in %APPDATA%\Everything
- Uncheck Run as administrator.
- Check Everything Service. (Please make sure this is tick-checked and not square-checked)
- Click OK.
- Exit Everything (right click the Everything tray icon and click Exit).
- Restart Everything.

Thanks, followed your instructions and it's now working..... Looks like it was the "run as Administrator" causing the issue.
