I started Everything with "-focus-most-run-result" and "-focus-last-run-result", and the results focused on the first one
Then I set shortcut keys alt+5 and alt+6 for "Focus Highest Run Count Result" and "Focus Last Run Result", and use alt+5 and alt+6 in the result list, also focusing on the first one
Is there a specific difference between "most run" and "last run" ?
1.4.1.1009

Please make sure your shortcuts 'use in' is set to Global:
'most run' is the result with the highest run count.
'last run' is the result with the most recent date run.
Right click the result list column header and check Run Count and Date Run to view these properties.
Right click a file and click Set Run Count to adjust the run count.
Opening a file from Everything will increment the run count by 1.
- In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
- Click the Keyboard tab on the left.
- To the right of Show commands containing, type in the following:
focus run - Select Result List | Focus Highest Run Count Result.
- Select Alt + 5 and click Edit....
- Change the Use shortcut in to: Global.
- Click OK.
- Select Result List | Focus Last Run Result.
- Select Alt + 6 and click Edit....

- Click OK.

I understand these two functions with Everything in version 1.5
It seems that version 1.4 does not have these two functions
