Want option to ignore external drives

Thanks for a very unique and helpful utility. On my first few uses I find that I'd like to be able to ignore external drives, most of the time. When I do want to search them I'd like it to be easy to enable them separately.

I've searched the forum on "external drive" and don't find a thread to join on this.

I do see that the next version of Everything will allow us to keep content indexes of external drives even when they're unplugged. That's cool, but if you manage it by drive letter there will be confusions. I suppose you will use drive serial numbers. Also please remember that there may be external drives I *don't* want stored when unplugged.

Everything | Options -> Volumes will give you some control.

You can disable automatic inclusion of drives (fixed & removable), & even if they are listed you can allow them or not (individually) in the database.
