Hi all,
my Everything version is 1.5.0.1253a (x64)
I have some issue with the content indexing progress.
I am using the "Include Only Folders" and "Include Only File" functionalities.
From "Preferences > Index > Contents", I can see that it stops always on the same file...
I have tried to move/delete that file, but later it will stop on a new one.
So, I disable the "Index File Content", Everything freezes, I close it and then run it again, I enable again the "Index File Content", the indexing starts from 0% once more, then it stops again.
Any suggestions to overcome the issue?
Thank in advance!

Re: Content Indexing progress
What folders do you include?
What files do you include?
Is it always the same filetype where Everything gets stuck? (for example PDF)
You might be content-indexing too many files. Everything keeps all found text in RAM.
For a rough estimate, you can do the following:
Suppose you defined
Include only folders: = C:\documents\;X:\administration
Include only files: = *.txt;*.pdf
Then enter this in the Everything search bar:
In the statusbar the size of all the found files will be shown. That will be roughly the *extra* amount of RAM you need for content indexing.
