How do I tell which of my many offline drives does a file belong to?
I have a number of USB drives and would like to index them all and keep them indexed even if disconnected. When I search and find a file I can see it is for example from drive F: but I have no way of knowing which of my several drives was drive F: Any way to have the drive volume name or some other unique identifier show up in index searches?

The easiest way is to assign a different drive letter to each of your disks. Otherwise, create a unique parent folder on each of your drives and move all of the files on the drives into those folders. eg: F:\ELEPHANT\... and F:\PEANUT\... That way you can easily identify and sort them by path.
