Help? Everything issues with startup

Help? Everything issues with startup

Hello,

I have Windows 10 and since several weeks Everything doesn't startup with the system and when I manually load it, it shows chinese characters in the menus bar and no icon in the taskbar.

I have to reinstall it to have it work properly but not work

Have you ever see anything like this? Thanks!

Yes.

Short vrsion: Do you have ExplorerMax installed? Update to the latest version of ExplorerMax. Or uninstall it.
