Location of indexing database
Where is the indexing database located? There is a file named Everything.db in the installation folder. But it does not change date or size after "Force Rebuild".
Re: Location of indexing database
The Everything database is located in memory.
The Everything database is saved to disk when you exit Everything and loaded from disk when you start Everything.

Re: Location of indexing database
Everything keeps it's database - Everything.db - in RAM until you exit the program
(Menu:File > Exit. Or: Right-click the Everything icon in the systemtray and choose Exit)
The location of the database will depend on the Store settings and data in %APPDATA%\Everything setting.
(Menu:Tools > Options > General )
If the setting is enabled, the database is in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Everything
If the setting is disabled, the database is in application folder (the folder where your Everything.exe is)
