Hi,
When opening common documents in Windows Explorer or Windows Search a history of those recently opened documents are listed in "Documents" (in Windows XP: Start -> Documents). This does not happen when opening documents from Everything.
Is this by design or a bug?

Recently opened documents
Re: Recently opened documents
"Everything" does not add executed files to the recent documents folder.
This is by design.
"Everything" uses ShellExecuteEx to execute files.
ShellExecuteEx does not add files to the recent documents list.
I will consider implementing SHAddToRecentDocs which would add files to the recent documents list when executed.

Hi void,
I don't see this option in the current alpha versions yet. So I'll hold thumbs that it comes in the next major update
