here is the folder, the exe file in this folder can't be found by everything. Like "a2ping.exe", "xelatex.exe" and so on. But the dll file can be found normally. Like "api-ms-win-core-console-l1-1-0.dll"
c:\Program Files\MiKTeX 2.9\miktex\bin\x64\
I haven't set the exclude file in my everything. And I already force rebuild the index. And it don't help so how to solve this problem.

Please make sure no search options are checked under the Search menu (eg: uncheck match case, uncheck match whole words, uncheck regex)
Please make sure the Everything filter is active under the Search menu.
If forcing a rebuild does not help the MFT might be out of sync with the folder's directory listing.
This is usually fixed by checking the disk for errors.
Please check the volume for errors:
The folder could be a junction? -Everything does not follow folder junctions.
Please let me know if the issue persists.

- Please backup anything important on your drive before checking it for errors.
- In Windows Explorer, right click your drive and click Properties.
- Click the Tools tab.
- Click Check now....
- Click Start.
- If prompted to schedule a scan on the next restart, click Yes.

Also worth checking if you have Exclude hidden files and folders and/or Exclude system files and folders enabled (under Menu:Tools > Options > Exclude )
(in case "a2ping.exe" and "xelatex.exe" are hidden or system files)
