Include a non connected PC in the search ...

Hello all,
I would like to know if there is a way to search a pc that is not connected to the pc one is using and searching.

The reason I ask this is that I have a Home PC + a notebook and would like to search the 2 together.

I'm not a tech but since everything is searching the mft, maybe, copying the mft of the other pc would do the trick ...

Is there any trick or way to achieve a search on 2 pc not connected together ?
