I have a new PC and recently installed Everything. When I search for video files, some of them shows double. In other words, some of them show that there are more than one, but it's the exact same one.
To make sure I wasn't misreading the path, I checked by opening the path. They open to the exact same place.
Some Files Show Double
Re: Some Files Show Double
Do you have both NTFS & Folder Indexing enabled for the same drive/particular directory?
Re: Some Files Show Double
How do I go about finding out? And what do I do to change that if so. I do know that all of my drives are NTFS and not going to change that, but will change indexing if that will fix the problem.
I do notice that it only happens on one of my external hard drives. But what's strange is that this is a new occurrence. I've had the drive for a long time along with Everything.

Re: Some Files Show Double
In that case:
- Start Everything
- Go to Menu:Tools > Options > Indexes > Folders
- Click on the first configured folder (if any)
- Click theRemove button
- Repeat this for all other configured folders
- Click OK
If you still see double entries after thesesteps:
- Go to Menu:Tools > Options > indexes
- Click the Force rebuild button
- Click OK

Thanks NotNull! The following first solution worked!
Start Everything
Go to Menu:Tools > Options > Indexes > Folders
Click on the first configured folder (if any)
Click the Remove button
Repeat this for all other configured folders
Click OK
