Command line switch for http and ftp disable

Would a command line switch be possible to launch everything to disable the http and ftp facility?
Or a cut down version that had no http or ftp option.

This is for use with a forensic search tool where publishing the contents of the PC would not be wanted.

I have plans to implement the FTP and HTTP servers as plugins in a future release of "Everything".
