Listing the same file many times when only one exist

Everything is listing the same file many times when only one exits. Yesterday was fine, today I open it and there are 100's of listings of the same file when only one exists. Restarted the computer, same. Re-downloaded the 64 bit install file and ran it, same.

When I do a search for something I know I have everything returns blank, as if it isn't there even though I am looking at the file in the folder.

EDIT: I uninstalled it and restarted the computer and re-installed Everything and it seems to be working fine now. Don't know what was wrong and hope that is it. lol

When you're getting duplicates, most likely you had NTFS indexing enabled, while at the same time, a Folder index for the same data.
