Match Whole Word

Find -> Match Whole Word

so e.g. I want to find a match only for the word iw

Search->Match Whole Word (Ctrl+B)

[therube]

And ww:word too.

And might have a look at wfn:word too.
(With wfn:, you may need to disable Path, if you have that enabled, depending on just what you're looking for.)
