Please make sure you run Everything as a standard user.
If you run Everything as an administrator, you will be unable to see your mapped network drives.

Please try running Everything as a standard user:
  • In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
  • Click the General tab on the left.
  • Check Everything service.
  • Uncheck Run as administrator.
  • Click OK.
  • Exit Everything (right click the Everything tray icon and click Exit).
  • Restart Everything
To add your mapped network drive to your Everything index:
  • In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
  • Click the Folders tab.
  • Click Add....
  • Select your mapped network drive and click OK.
  • Click OK.

What is the path to the drive your are using?

(Though I wouldn't think it should matter...)

Are you using a mapped drive letter or a UNC path to the drive?
If the former, try the latter, & if the latter try the former, too.
