Hi there!
Need some help, please.
Although various topics cover offline volumes and indexes, I can't get my Everything to display the content of my offline drive. While I never had a need for it before, it has now become somewhat critical, as my external drive just died. In order to get an idea of the files which have changed since my last Backup (Sync) I'd like to access the last (good) .DB file, which contains the info (verified by searching for some files using Notepad++).
Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but for whatever reason Everything refuses to display any offline files. Can anybody help me, please, or at least point me in the right direction on how to retrieve the info from the .DB file?
Any help is highly appreciated! Thanks!
How to view files from an offline volume/partition?

Sorry to hear about your external hard drive dying.
To recover your filenames, please try the Everything database recovery tool.

.. and for your "new" Everything, please make sure the Automatically remove offline volumes setting is disabled (under Menu:Tools > Options > Indexes > NTFS )
