Thumbnail preload options

I would love an ini option to preload a configurable number of thumbnails

something like

thumbnail_preload_up=10 ; Load x number of thumbnails above the ones in view

thumbnail_preload_down=50 ; Load x number of thumbnails below the ones in view

[void]

I have added request_extra_fileinfo_start and request_extra_fileinfo_end to the next major version of Everything to pre-cache file information (size, dates, thumbnails and other properties) before or after the current visible window.
