Rotate clockwise + Preview (Alt+P)

1. Rotate Clockwise appears in context menu only for a single image. You can't select multiple images and have Rotate Clockwise.
2. The image in the Preview is not updated accordingly.

Tested on Everything-1.4.1.921.x64

Strange this works in Explorer and not Everything, I will investigate...

2. The image in the Preview is not updated accordingly.

This is a known limitation, previews will not update if the file has been modified. I added this to my TODO list to fix.
