Please make SHOW ALL HISTORY window a persistent window, NOT tied only to 1 open search

I would be SUPER useful to have a SHOW ALL HISTORY window that was not tied to a particular open search history.

It should stay OPEN and update dynamically when a newly seen search string is submitted.

The listed searches should be double-clickable:
- If there is a current search window open with those terms, bring that window to the top , but leave focus in the persistent pane of ALL HISTORI
- If there is NO current search window with that string, OPEN ONE.

I'll consider having a global Search History Organizer, one that updates in real time from any Everything search window.
