Narrow a search to exact text?

I'm sure this will be embarrassingly obvious, but... how do I search for the single file sim.ckt, not the hundred or two files that contain the string 'sim.ckt', like xyzsim.ckt etc? I tried quotes, 'groups', match whole word... no joy yet.
