How do I fix this issue when I try to install.

Your anti-virus software is most likely blocking programs from running from the temp directory.
Please try adding an exception in your anti-virus software for your Everything.1.4.1.895.x64-Setup.exe and try again.

- Download the portable version of Everything.
- Extract Everything.exe to C:\Program Files\Everything
- Run Everything.exe
- If prompted with Access Denied, choose Install Everything Service and click OK.
- In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
Click the General tab on the left. - Check Store settings and data in %APPDATA%\Everything.
- Check Everything Service.
- Uncheck Run as administrator.
- Check Show Search Everything folder context menu item.
- Check Start menu shortcuts.
- Check Desktop shortcut.
- Check EFU file association.
- Click OK.
