HTTP membership and activity tracking

Currently the HTTP only allow 1 generic user login.
and the search log can only tracks by IP and filename.

Would it be possible to enhance it to support multiple user/password?
And additional logs file auto generated to track activity for each user.

e.g. user1.log, user2.log, user3.log in a USERLOG folder

Objective: to have a tracking log and statistic of the file shared/downloaded.
