Everything finds files that are not there.
Everything finds files that are not there.
What would cause Everything to show several files as being on drive C when they are not? Do I need to repair the index or something?

Everything may have missed these changes.
Please make sure you are using the latest version of Everything:

- In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
- Click the Exclude tab on the left.
- Uncheck Exclude hidden files and folders.
- Uncheck Exclude system files and folders.
- Uncheck Enable exclude list.
- Click OK.
- In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
- Click the Indexes tab on the left.
- Click Force Rebuild.
- Click OK.
