Start Minimized

I cannot get everything to start minimized. It always starts maximized and I must close it. Then it goes to the system tray.
How can I get it to stay minimized. I set the option to minimize, by right clicking on the exe file and selecting properties, but, it does not minimize after
booting.

You cannot change this setting by right-clicking the Everything.exe file. I think you mean the Everything shortcut instead?

BTW 2: No need to reboot. This is effective immediately.
