Hi ! I'm a new user of "Everything search" - in MS Windows 7 - thank you Voidtools for the great programme ! I've already noticed how impressively good and fast it is when searching on NTFS partitions.
But since I have multiple non-NTFS disk partitions (FAT, Ext3) I understand I must set-up "indexed folders" if Everything is to be able to search files on those partitions.
After browsing thru the docs and searching (pun?) the forum here, a question remains : is the selection
of to-be-indexed folders recursive ? Viz, assume I wish to have all files on my "D:"partition, which is FAT32, indexed. Will setting "D:\" to be indexed in Everything options achieve that, or shall I have to set all (sub)directories on the partition "indexed" (apart, possibly, temporaries or other "uninteresting" places) ?
Thanks again !
Indexed folders : recursive ?
