To start Everything on system startup without showing the Everything Search Window:
Run Everything.exe with the -startup command line option on system startup:
Everything.exe -startup
- In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
- Click the General tab.
- Check Start Everything on system startup.
- Click OK.
Run Everything.exe with the -startup command line option on system startup:
Everything.exe -startup

Are you still running multiple instances of Everything?
(you asked something similar here: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=6233 )
I suspect that "the other one" ("Film- und Serienlisten") is popping up?
(Look at the Everything Titlebar for the instance name)

Yes, two Everythings in different locations. Are you still running multiple instances of Everything?
Thank you for the link. The different instances work like they should do. May be I have messed up anything using those instances.
No, the other one (if I remember it right, I will see at the next Win start).I suspect that "the other one" ("Film- und Serienlisten") is popping up?
Re: How could Everything automtically be started at Win start in the system tray (without opening the GUI)?
If you don't restart your system often, you could also use Autoruns. This Sysinternals tool can show you what programs are running at startup. No need to install it; just downlaod (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysint ... s/autoruns) and run.
(And give it some time to inspect your system)
Go to the "Everything" tab (this is going to be confusing ... ;- ) and type "everything" in the Filter search box.
Double-clicking a result brings you to the location where you can change it's settings.
( I don't have Everything running at startup, so no results here )
One of those entries is probably missing the -startup parameter.

Re: How could Everything automtically be started at Win start in the system tray (without opening the GUI)?
Many thanks for the program, link.
Yes, I do not restart my system often, as less as possible.
Both of the Everythings start on Win start but in a wrong way.
It is now like that, just changed it:
The one:
"C:\Programme\Everything\Everything.exe" -startup -instance "Film- und Serienlisten"
And the other:
"C:\LiberKey\Apps\Everything\App\Everything\x64\Everything.exe" -startup
When I double click the autostart links both of the Everythings do what say shall do. So it appears to be correct now.
