Clipboard Manager based on Everything

Post by adamiks »

I would love to have a program like everything but with clipboard history
there are many on the internet
but most of them are very slow and make searching very hard
it would be ideal if everything had an option to index clipboard
and make possible to search within this history
i mean only text copied to some size
maybe with preview

this is just a dream:)

It's not exactly what you're hoping for, but ClipX is a small, fast, and free clipboard utility for Windows with a simple "find as you type" search feature:

I've been using it for years on many versions of Windows and it's excellent. The plugins are also worth checking out.

I haven't tried it, however Clip Angel might be worth a try.

Clip Angel (freeware, opensource) http://sourceforge.net/projects/clip-angel.

You can begin type text filter in clip list right after window open. No need to press hotkey or click to activate filter. Filter is applied automatically as you type. No need to press Enter to apply it.

Filter matches are highlighted in list and in full clip view. Also there is "autoscroll to first match" switch (ON by default).
I was using different clipboard managers for 10 years. My filter is the most comfortable for me among all analogs.

I use Spartan. I think it will do everything you need.
