is everything denying me acess to an external hd

It probably isn't. But anyway. I recently reinstalled Everything.
Something came up about ignoring NTFs drive. I think I pressed Yes, not knowing what I was doing.
One of my external hard drives which is NTFS is now denying me permission. Any connection between that and what I did with Everything?

Answering myself.
Well it looks like it was. Once I right clicked Everything on the start menu, and went into "Options" then indexes, and "NtFS" and clicked okay. everything was fine.
or maybe, the drive is not acessible until Everything is started.
