Alt+P = Preview pane

This is the default shortkey for Preview in Windows Explorer.
You may want it the default in Everything.

I have no idea what "Preview in Windows" is, but when I set up my hotkey for Preview in Everything, I happened to use Alt+P

.

And if English were not your language, would you still want to use Alt+P?
Or if you never intend to use Preview at all...

Added Alt+P as the default preview keyboard shortcut for the next Everything release, thanks.
