Highlight entire selected line

I just installed Everything-1.4.0.713b.x64 and as in the past when I click on a file in the search results the entire line is not highlighted. I'd find it more useful if the entire line was highlighted.
Much thanks for your efforts. I use Everything multiple times a day on my 70 TB system.

Please try enabling full row select from Tools -> Options -> UI -> Full row select.
