Some files do not show up in Everything
I used 'Search Everything' on a folder full of PNG files that is on my external hard drive that voidtools Everything is set to index, after Everything listed the files that are in that folder and all subfolders, I sorted the results by date I copied everything from March. After distributing the images to other folders based on how I plan to edit them, I noticed that "Female Zapdos 1.png" was missing. This time I went into the folder manually in Windows Explorer where I though it was. Sure enough it was. sort by date, it was between 'Female Hoopa 1.png and "Male Zekrom 4.png" which were found by Everything and copied but all three had March date modified timestamps. Female Zapdos 1.png was not however. 55 images were shown by Everything in March (There was many more shown from previous months). EXCEPT Female Zapdos 1.png. I tell Everything to search the folder again and STILL NOT SHOWING that image in the list of files, the Hoopa and Zekrom images show but not the Zapdos. I SEE ALL other files around it but Everything is NOT including that file!!! I have had similar issues with random files being omitted from right-click > 'Search Everything' in the past but this one made me almost miss something important
Re: Some files do not show up in Everything
What version of Everything?
What is the date/time of the file in question?
Could it be a permissions issue where you didn't have the rights to move the file?
(But then I"m thinking none would move, until the errant file was specifically excluded from the operation?)
(Was it Everything that may have some odd bug with dates differing, slightly, from what Windows Explorer showed, or was it some other software ...?)
