That is not the latest Windows update, its just a new Insider preview.
So you have to live with the risk of malfunctions.
Use your Feedback app to report the problem to Microsoft.
Also include more info on your next posting.
What version of Everything you are using is at least necessary and also what options you are trying ?
Running as a service, with or without UAC and admin rights.
