files in C:\Windows not indexed on Windows 10

I'm seeing that files in C:\Windows are not getting indexed on Windows 10. The options to exclude hidden and system files are not enabled.

I'm also not getting Everything in the folder right click menu. This is 1.3.4.686 (x64).

Nevermind. I installed 1.4 x64 and both problems are gone. Way to go David!
