Officially, the most recent beta version is 1.4.0.713b, but there is actually a 1.4.0.716b available:
http://www.voidtools.com/Everything-1.4.0.716b.x64.zip (64-bit)
and...
http://www.voidtools.com/Everything-1.4.0.716b.x86.zip (32-bit)
Why aren't these versions posted in an easy to find place? I only found out about the newer versions by accident, when reading an older post.
Why are newer versions not being posted?
Re: Why are newer versions not being posted?
Maybe it only fixed a specific issue not worthy of a separate beta announcement?
Maybe the paperwork isn't finished yet ?

I think the post in question is this one: http://www.voidtools.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=5382 (scroll down to the bottom), where 1.4.0.714b is mentioned.
Knowing that direct download links for new betas follow the same general format, I used Internet Download Manager and told it to download http://www.voidtools.com/Everything-1.4.0.713b.x64.zip, but substituted 713 with 714, which worked, then tried 715, then 716, etc. Using 717 failed, so I'm assuming v1.4.0.716b is the most recent version available.
