So I tried using the x86 version and it was also crashing with a memory error, I found this viewtopic.php?f=5&t=5279 post and tried the portable version posted there and it works fine, the 64 bit works as well and does not crash. :D :D :D

(Can't imagine why one would work differently from the other? The program itself is the same, only one has an installer. Maybe something with the install, install location for some odd reason ? isn't liked on your end, where the "portable" [it's not really "portable", more simply a non-installer] isn't likewise affected ? by A/V ?)

Good Morning @therube

I apologize for not mentioning it (thought it was obvious from the post link), the portable version that works for me know is 1.4.0.714 only that I found what the issue was by trying the 1.4.0.713 x86, trying the x86 gave me the same error as in this post viewtopic.php?f=5&t=5279 with the x64 I couldnt figure out what the issue was.

@salazor mentions there "Defragment MFT" to fix the issue permanently which I will be doing.

I guess I'm all good.

Thank You
