Re-indexing

As a new user I need help! I have used search and results include many from reycle bin which has recently been emptied. How do I force the programme to re-index?

Please try forcing a rebuild:

• In "Everything", from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the Indexes tab.
• Click Force Rebuild.
• Click OK.
