"Open path with double click" doesn't use "Open path" cmd

Post by xadm »

I customised Context Menu "Open path" command to exec with TotalCommander - it works fine. I found later Results option "Open path with double click" but checking this results with original explorer action, not custiomised (for context menu). This is an inconsequence because hotkey "Ctrl-Enter" works as expected - opens with TC.

Of course I vote for "full row selection" or in maybe MORE SIMPLER workaround - "use context menu on a whole row". Standard context menu for columns 2+ IMHO aren't needed at all - you can use view menu, click on colums headers or use Ctrl-N (simple for all key/mouse usage).

Thanks for this great tool.

Setting a custom open path command is working for me when double clicking a path.
I'm not sure why Ctrl+Enter works and double clicking the path column does not, they should both use the same custom command.

What version of Everything are you using?
What did you set the custom command to?

Full row selection should be available in the next update.
I will consider the whole row context menus.

Thanks for the suggestions.
