Options Keyboard, Gray Out Down Arrow

Suggestions: Options | Keyboard, Gray Out Down Arrow when only one Shortcut exists.

Currently, for every command for which there is a Shortcut, the Shortcut(s) dialog displays with an operational Down Arrow.
Without looking at each Shortcut, there is no way to determine if there is more then once Shortcut defined for a particular command.
If they Down Arrow were grayed out when only one command for a particular Shortcut existed would be beneficial.

You can only bind a maximum of 2 keys to a command.

maybe this could be a 2 line list box instead of the a combobox..

I will definitely consider this.
