Sort on all Date columns wrong, year ordering incorrect

With version 1.3.4.636 the sort order is totally incorrect. Could it be related to county settings, but wrong?
My country format is dd.mm.yyyy.
I get this on ascending ( column dc ):
04.02.2011 17:59 -- topmost in list
04.02.2011 18:06 -- apparently correct time part
...
06.02.2011 14:07 -- looks good here, but year 2011 is incomplete!
...
04.03.2014 18:01 -- first entry for year 2014
...
15.02.2015 10:06 -- first entry for year 2015; still good through here, but next is
18.01.2011 15:38 -- ***********
...
The same happens for all other date columns: sorting on day, month, time is OK, but year info is handled almost randomly.

Try latest version 1.3.4.686, and check if the bug also exists in it. Try to set the default format and see if sorting is correct.

I have version 1.3.4.686 (x86) and for me sorting is correct, both as to the date and time. Format date is: yyyy-mm-dd

Version 1.3.4.686 (x64) sorts fine for date and time !
Format is also set to dd.mm.yyyy in my German system.
