Instant tooltips and clear search result for new windows

1.Clear the search when I open another window
Always when I want to open a new window is to search for something else but Everything currently is opening another window and search for the same thing again.

2.Show to result window tooltips instantly or after delay(to have some option that when enable will show them instantly and when it's not enabled,it will show them like now with delay)
I hate horizontal scrollbars so the only way to see the file name(if it's too long)is to either click on it to see it in the status bar(not possible if the path is too long)or to hover over the item and wait for the tooltip to appear.
The program Process Hacker have that feature and I really like it.
