Yes.
So you can choose whether you want to use one quotation mark at the beginning or both quotation marks - as shown in the examples.

I have set up previews for several file extensions in various Windows and Everything versions
in both Everything and Windows Explorer at the same time.

I had no problem with the search query: ext:xls;xlsx;xlsm content:pigeon [-OR- si:pigeon (EV -> Windows Search -> EV)].
The file and file content was always found when I ran several searches and used one or more worksheets.

- Select User Account Control
